LA SOIR\u00c9E DU JEUDI 16 MARS, UN CHALLENGE GOURMAND.
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

Le mois de f\u00e9vrier, pour certains c’est le ski, les cr\u00eapes, les vacances scolaires, la visite de la famille, la Saint-Valentin ou simplement le froid glacial.
\nPour d’autres c’est avant tout le carnaval.
\nQu’il soit br\u00e9silien ou dunkerquois, les plumes et les masques s’agitent au loin, tandis qu’\u00e0 Paris nous ne quittons plus bonnets et moufles.
\nLa prochaine soir\u00e9e de The Food & Wine Cup, challenge ludique, liquide et solide sera donc autour de la th\u00e9matique de la f\u00eate. Un petit carnaval le temps d’une soir\u00e9e. Une \u00e9vidence en quelque sorte.
\nAttention aux trois petits changements : l’adresse change, le prix de la participation qui \u00e9tait fixe devient variable en fonction du programme de chaque soir\u00e9e et est en baisse sur cette premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition 2017 (36 euros). L’organisation de la soir\u00e9e est modifi\u00e9e avec un plat principal servi apr\u00e8s les \u00e9preuves.
\n4 vins seront pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s et d\u00e9gust\u00e9s, accompagn\u00e9s de quelques accords mets vins pr\u00e9textes \u00e0 quelques \u00e9preuves. Puis suivra un moment d’intense convivialit\u00e9 avec un joli parmentier de canard (\u00e0 plumes).<\/p>\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
